All-Conference Team

DALLAS – Freddy Sanchez and Nei Dos Santos were named to the 2012-13 Men's Tennis All-Conference Team, announced today (April 20) by the Heartland Conference.
 
Sanchez, a junior from San Cristo, Venezuala, went 7-11 at No. 2 singles and 0-1 at No. 1 singles this season. His seven wins at No. 2 singles tied him for the most in the conference this season. During the conference season, Sanchez went 2-3 in singles. Teaming with Dos Santos at No. 1 doubles, the pair went 9-8, including 3-2 in the conference. The nine wins were the second-most at No. 1 doubles in the conference.
 
Dos Santos, a junior from Florianoplois, Brazil, was 6-12 this season at No. 1 singles. He was 2-3 at No. 1 singles in conference play. His six wins at No. 1 singles tied for the third-most in the conference. Playing with Sanchez at No. 1 doubles, the team went 9-8, including 3-2 in the conference. The nine wins were the second-most at No. 1 doubles in the conference.
